What do I need to bring?
We provide much of what is required on the trips; however, we suggest the following:
- Comfortable clothing and footwear
- A warm jacket (just in case)
What if it rains?
We have warm studios with lake views should the weather change. Our office, gallery and studios are in Frankton, so you can continue working on your masterpiece from sketches or photographs. Our team is well aware of the unpredictable nature of our weather so are prepared to determine any decision on the spot so you aren’t wasting time or money.
Which season is it?
All our seasons are distinctive and our weather is unpredictable. We are flexible and work with the weather on a daily basis. Some locations are better suited than others depending on wind and temperature. So every day is different – hence the ‘adventure’. Check out Queenstown’s weather here.
What if I am travelling alone?
We cater for groups of two to six adults. We can can cater for a person travelling alone, however there is a single person rate which is our minimum price for two people. The benefit of this is that you get our total attention throughout the whole Excursion or Tour!
Do you offer airport collection?
Generally this will be the responsibility of your accommodation provider. However, if there are special or unforeseen circumstances, we can arrange transport for you to or from the airport. Contact us
What payment methods are available?
We accept cash, Visa, American Express or MasterCard as well as bank transfers into our business account.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
You can cancel your tour without penalty up to 48 hours before your tour departure. Within 48 hours any cancellations will result in 100% cancellation fee and no refund.
