We provide much of what is required on the trips; however, we suggest the following:

· A warm jacket (just in case)

We have warm studios with lake views should the weather turn nasty. So you can continue working on your masterpiece. Our team is well aware of the unpredictable nature of our weather so are prepared to determine any decision on the spot so you aren’t wasting time or money.
All our seasons are distinctive distinctive and our weather is unpredictable; we are flexible and work with the weather on a daily basis. We cater for groups of two to six adults. We can can cater for a person travelling alone, however there is a single person supplement.
We can recommend local accommodation to meet your needs. Our accommodation partners are varied throughout the Queenstown region, from exclusive lodges to private B & B’s. Just let us know what you require and we can take the hassle out of booking. Check out our luxury tour and accommodtion packages
Generally this will be the responsibility of your accommodation provider. However, if there are special or unforeseen circumstances, we may be able to arrange transport to or from the airport. Contact us
If you are a citizen of a country that has a visa waiver agreement with New Zealand, you will not need to apply for a visa to visit the country for three months or less. At the moment there are over 50 countries that don’t require visas to visit New Zealand. Check out www.immigration.govt.nz for more details. All visitors need a passport that is valid for 3-6 months after you intend to leave the country, proof that you plan to leave (i.e. a return ticket), and sufficient money to stay (around $1,000 NZD per month per person).
No vaccinations are required for visiting New Zealand.
We require a 10% deposit to confirm the booking and full payment 30 days prior to departure. If bookings are made within 30 days, we require a 50% deposit and the remainder prior to departure of the tour. If bookings are made on the same day, payment is required before departure.
We accept Visa and MasterCard as well as bank transfers into our business account.
